Actually we aren't those enterprise java-guys, we hate this megabytes of xml, weblogic, oracle, jsf, etc. But we know for sure that Java is most mature platform for server-side development. And we in love with Groovy, Grails, VMWare/SpringSource stack, Google stack (Webtoolkit, Appengine, Android), clouds, NoSQL, integration with social networks. We have experience in building high load consumer websesites (up to 1m uniqs/day), datamining, webscraping, loading and processing data from facebook, twitter, etc. And we have about 10 years of core java experience, as a developers, software architects, team leads, project manages and product managers.
